GBS ensures a whole series of after-sales services in order to satisfy its customers and thus maintain its leading position in the market. Products after-sales service guarantees the following

  • 24/7 unlimited Internet access.
  • Links are guaranteed at 98% year-round for the Vsat solution and 95% for the Wireless solution.
  • Upon simple request, a bandwidth usage graph can be sent to the customer. This includes the 14 days prior to the request.
  • For large-scale projects, GBS provides on-line access allowing customers to visualize their bandwidth usage whenever they wish.
  • When maintenance is planned, customers are always informed in advance and the interventions will be carried out outside the usual office hours. Customers can also subscribe to a maintenance agreement with a preventive, curative and evolutionary aim.
